Hi, I’m Dawn Morgan — and I know anxiety from the inside out.

Years ago, I thought I was perfectly organised, a single mum of three under ten, working full‑time, keeping every plate spinning.


I believed preparation equalled safety, so my mind stayed busy running thousands of “what if” scenarios.


I called it responsibility. In truth, it was constant survival mode.

I didn’t realise that the very stories I created to stay prepared were the ones creating my anxiety.


Almost none of the disasters I rehearsed ever happened, and the few that did? I handled easily

That realisation changed everything.


I learned that control was never protecting me; it was exhausting me.


When I finally let go, my old mantra, “things always work out the way they should” It stopped being wishful thinking and started being true.

Today I use that same blend of experience, clinical hypnotherapy, and transformational coaching to help others stop surviving and start living.
